The pictures below are of the fire pit on the roof top of the Marriott in downtown San Diego in the Gas Lamp District on the 24th floor, very cool view if your ever there. The 2 half round 24" x 48" stainless steel rings were made custom for this fire pit. The glass that was used was a 50/50 mix of Starfire and Black. Very nice effect along with the view.
The half round burners below were installed at the Marriott "Gas Lamp" San Diego, California in a 72" Fire pit. We will post pictures of the finished project when we get the pictures sent to us. These were 24" x 48" stainless steel half round burners.
The fireplace below is in Mexico where we seem to be sending more and more propane burners and glass for the new homes being built there. The fireplace below has a black base glass with ice ice ice on top of one of our propane pan burners. Which later a remote control was added by the custom that we sent to them.
The fireplace below was done for Nick Cannon
(now married to Mariah Carey)(http://www.nickcannon.com/
) in Hollywood Hills California. We installed a remote control inside of the fireplace on the left side as you will see. The remote control was an IPI (Intermittent Pilot Ignition) so the pilot light only goes on when you turn the fireplace on with the remote control. We use a lava base filler and topper it with 1/8" black for a very fine layered look. The fireplace was coated with a high heat concrete mix to make it look wider and lower. A very contemporary look and it looks great.
The remote is on the lower left side with crushed lava all around
We have turned it on to a low flame
Now we add the 1/8" Black
and now you have one very simple but unique fireplace. You almost can't see the remote because of the glass color. The remote was to go inside the left cabinet but the plumber forgot to show up, oh well. But it's done and everyone is happy.
The fountain below was converted to a fire pit with black magic. We use a several hundred pounds of lava rock then topped it with crushed lava rock to keep the materials from falling through. After we placed the Black Magic on the lava rock Craig topped it with Clear Pyrite (clear with sterling silver coating) Clear Diamonds, Black, Black Reflective and now he has one cool fire feature. We will show you from beginning to end.
Here you can see the lightly coated Black Magic with our glass for accents and sparkle.
Here you can see the Diamonds. When you see the Diamonds in the fire they appear to be melting but actually they are only reflecting inside which looks like they are meting. They are made from crystal.
And with everything just right you have the Black Magic look!
The fireplace below is in Beverly Hills California.
We use a black base glass with Clear Ice Ice Ice on top. The customer wanted to use their original burner to keep the flames localized in the center area. This fireplace goes from "Log Ugly" to very nice and contemporary in about an hour. If you really take a look at your fireplace place in the beginning it almost looks like an incinerator from long ago.
Not very nice? Nice Logs? I don't think so!
Now it's painted and ready for the glass.
A Black base glass and 5 lbs of our Ice Ice Ice.
You can't see the Ice on still pictures but what it is doing like looking into a spoon, it reflects backwards and appears to be melting. Ask for a sample and you will be amazed.
The fire pit below is a custom propane fire pit. We use perforated aluminum for the wall construction and the pit is single wall construction with a 1 1/2" deep pan on top. We installed a 12" double stainless steel ring for the burner. The rest was done by Bill Moss in Texas. Very nice job Bill!. We built the pit to Bills specs which were 26" x 26" x 20" tall so he could finish it to the size he wanted. The pit shown is one of our proto types and not the actual pit used.
Above is how it started
And below is what the customer made it!
Above and below is the quick disconnect for the propane gas
We use black base glass in the fire pit. It looks light because of the flash from the camera.
The fire pit below is in Canada. We used a black base with Steel Blue Topper on top with Black Luster as well. A double stainless steel "H" burner and a marine grade fire pit cover.
The fireplace below in in Lakeland, Florida and was installed by John Addison for his customer. The fireplace has one of our propane pan burners with a remote control. We built a brushed aluminum surround with out the inner glass per the customer request. The glass that was used was a Gray base glass with Black and Copper Ruby Red on top.
As you can see the fireplace was not much to look at until we added our touch.
You be the judge, We think it turned out wonderful!
The fireplace below belongs to Ross Barnett in Florida. This was a ventless propane installation. Ross built a front wave design and we built a special wedge pan with the controls underneath. This is a remote control ventless burner. Great job Ross! The glass that was uses was:
Black and Black Reflective
Gray and Gray Reflective
Copper Blue Topper
Light Blue Tubes
Cobalt Blue Topper
Pale Cobalt Blue Topper
and here are the before and after pictures.
Above is before the wave
and below is the wave before out ventless burner was installed.
What makes us different from anyone else is that we allow you to exercise your imagination. If you see it, dream it, draw it, imagine it we can build it for you. Ross saw what we did for other customers and he came up with this very cool design for us to build for his family room, thanks Ross!
The fire pit below is again in Dallas Texas and installed by Nadine. She used a Black base with Gray base glass, Gold base glass, Bronze Rust Copper base glass and a splash of Azurlite.
The fire table/ fire pit below is in Texas and was designed with our glass in mind to be installed and it has a Black base,
Black Luster Topper,
and Bronze Topper.
The fireplace below is a propane fireplace with a Black base and Clear Diamonds on top. We built a pan to hold the glass with out the legs and covered/ protected the burner controls inside of the pan. The controls are on the right side and they are shielded and buried under the glass. The customer was going to finish the front of the steel pan after he installed it.
The fireplace below has a base of Gray base glass with Ice Ice Ice on top. Bill made his own 24" double burner, not too bad Bill.
The fire pit below has a black Base with Black Reflective on top.Not too great of a fire pit picture but you get the idea. Even with Black as a base glass you will only see the color of glass under the fire. The flames don't change color nor does the glass, but the glasss is what will reflect the light at night.
The fireplace below was assembled by Nadine in Dallas Texas (Elegant Reflections USA) Great job on the skull! The base glass is Starfire and Black base makes up the skull. She also used Clear Diamonds and Clear Crystals from our Toppers.
You can see the Diamonds and Crystals around the outer edge for accents.
The fire pit below was built by Mark Showalter in Washington state.
Gray and Gray Reflective base glass,
Copper Ruby Red Topper,
and Black base glass mixed in.
This is the stone pot with the bottom up.
They drilled for the trimming valve to be installed.
A picture is worth a thousand words, and here you have it.
Below is a collection we took pictures for our customer to decide on which base to use under the Amber Diamonds.
Amber Diamonds alone
Amber Diamonds on Black
Amber Diamonds on Starfire
Amber Diamonds on New Yellow
Amber Diamonds on Bronze
The same product can be displayed thousands of ways. What do you want to see? Our diamonds are made with a convex base so when you look at the Diamonds in the fire they seem to be melting on the inside, like looking into a spoon. We cause it to reflect backwards. Visit out "Diamonds Page" to see many more colors!
This next fireplace is a direct vent conversion and the glass that Charlene used was:
V Blue Reflective,
Copper Blue Topper,
Blue Luster Diamonds,
Black Silicone Carbide under the Blues,

I think she wanted it to POP and it did!
The fire pit below was purchased locally and then we converted it to burn propane without soot! The colors used were:
and topped with 1 lb of Copper Ruby Red Topper. I guess he wanted a lot of color.
Here is what is looked like when he started. These manufactures have no imagination!
This only cost about $100.00, complete!
